You need to submit your return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returns of full price items:
- for change of mind, full priced items are eligible for a refund of the amount paid to purchase that item excluding any shipping cost paid

Returns of items bought on sale/discount/promo:
- for change of mind sale items are eligible for a store credit of the amount paid to purchase that item excluding any shipping cost paid

Returns of items marked as final sale or for underwear products:
- for change of mind there are no returns available for these items so please choose carefully when making your purchase

Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and in original condition and have the original packaging undamaged.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Pre-orders: order will be shipped with all items together once the pre-order item(s) are ready
