I was having the worst ligament and muscle pain during my 3rd trimester and thought I would give these a try for some extra support thinking they might just hold me in a bit. They went well above my expectations. I actually couldn’t believe how much the pain instantly reduced once I put them on. I lived in them from that day. Not only did they reduce my pain by at least 80% I felt supported and they were super comfortable. The fabric is beautiful and the pockets are great!

Love love love. The pants make you feel so held together making it you feel like yourself again. The nursing crop, is the absolute best you can be out and about and not be so self conscious about showing your whole self while nursing baby. I would love to see the crop be made into a tank top just for a little extra coverage of the tummy.

I love these shorts! Used them for two pregnancy’s and also loved them post partum. They grow with your bump and have fit me from the very beginning to the end of pregnancy and beyond. Absolutely recommend!

Got a longline nursing bra, a full length recovery leggings and a recovery shorts. Absolute love it! The pants provide great support for me after a caesarean. Definitely recommend it!
